Premier Turf Club Hires Todd Bowker

Portland, OR, November 15, 2010 - Premier Turf Club today announced the appointment of long-time racing industry executive Todd Bowker, to serve as the Company’s General Manager. In his role, Bowker will oversee the operations and technology development for BetPTC.com, the Company's advance deposit wagering site. He will report to Managing General Partner, Wes Berman, and will assume full operational control of the Oregon-licensed advance deposit wagering company, effective immediately. He succeeds Dwayne Zuzik, who announced his departure from the Company in October. “Todd brings a wealth of experience in account wagering and technology to Premier Turf Club,” said Berman. "We are excited to have him join our Company, and feel his background in having operated one of the largest advance deposit wagering companies in the United States makes him a perfect fit for our future plans for Premier Turf Club." “Premier Turf Club has built a strong following of very loyal customers through its commitment to customer service and innovation with its wagering systems, which have always been areas I feel strongly about,” said Bowker. “I am excited to get started, and I look forward to joining the team and helping BetPTC.com continue to build upon its successful 'By Players, For Players' philosophy as we move the Company forward.” Bowker comes to Premier Turf Club after spending the past several years serving as a consultant for clients both in and out of the pari-mutuel wagering industry. Prior to starting his consulting business Bowker led the start up and also served as General Manager of the advance deposit wagering company, AmericaTab, and has worked in many capacities in the pari-mutuel wagering industry for nearly 30 years. He also currently serves on the Thoroughbred Racing Association's 2020 Committee, and has been a frequent speaker at industry events. Premier Turf Club operates in Portland, Oregon, and is licensed by the Oregon Racing Commission as a Multi-Jurisdictional Simulcasting and Interactive Wagering Totalizator Hub.
